Dear Elephant Lady: Keeping A Clean Area and Schedule. (Blog 5)

Dear Lady Elephant, I completely understand! I have difficulty keeping my environment clean too! Sometimes, when you clean things, and keep it clean, your schedule also becomes less cluttered. I know that sounds crazy, but it is true. Below, are 9 ways you can clear clutter: (But don’t forget, you have to keep it clean as well. It takes time and effort, but deep cleans are usually worth it.) Start with something small, like a drawer, and clear it. Finish all of the drawers in that room. Set a timer for ten minutes (With family?) and go, go, go! Have a race (With family?) and see how fast you can fill a trash bag with items to throw away. Create a habit of keeping it clean. Create a schedule of what needs to stay clean or what you plan on cleaning. Create a place for everything Keep the one in - one out rule. Reduce purchases.      Dear Amazing Earth,      Thank you so much for the comment! Today, I am giving some fast weight loss workouts and diet. Before we start, you , reading this blog, you are beautiful. You don't need to lose weight! But, if loosing weight is what will make you confident in your amazing body, then give it a shot! Keep in mind, weight loss isn't immediate. It takes time and effort, but I really hope I help you out with this blog, Amazing Earth.      I am showing you a 7 minute workout, a 15-30 minute workout, and a 60 minute workout. I hope whatever you choose really helps you out. After the workouts, I will suggest various diets and a great schedule for you.
