Dear Amazing Earth: Fast Weight Loss Workouts and Diet. (Blog 3)

     Dear Amazing Earth,
     Thank you so much for the comment! Today, I am giving some fast weight loss workouts and diet. Before we start, you, reading this blog, you are beautiful. You don't need to lose weight! But, if loosing weight is what will make you confident in your amazing body, then give it a shot! Keep in mind, weight loss isn't immediate. It takes time and effort, but I really hope I help you out with this blog, Amazing Earth.
     I am showing you a 7 minute workout, a 15-30 minute workout, and a 60 minute workout. I hope whatever you choose really helps you out. After the workouts, I will suggest various diets and a great schedule for you. Please see bottom for great daily schedule!
     Don't forget to stretch for safety! Good luck!
7 minute workout:
Stretch & Warm up
Wall Sit - 1 min.
Push Up - 1 min.
Abdominal Crunch - 1 min.
Break - 1 min.
Step Up and Down onto chair - 1 min.
Squats - 1 min.
Triceps dip on chair - 1 min.
Plank - 1 min.
     Now, many people are busy most of their day, and only have time for a short workout. This is a great, quick, and full body workout. Although, many people report losing only a few pounds after a month of the 7 minute workout, it is still a great workout for anyone to get into the habit of doing. (Many people recommend repeating once or twice more, but it is up to you!)
     This is a more difficult workout, that covers the whole body as well. It is more difficult and doesn't have many breaks. I am confident you can do it, stay strong! Remember that when you are finished, even if it was hard, you will feel great, and after some time you will lose fat.

15-30 minute workout:
Stretch & Warm up - 2 min.
Jumping Jacks - 2 min.
Squat Jumps - 3 min.
Break - 30 sec.
Mountain Climber - 3 min.
Lunge Jump-Switch - 3 min.
Break - 30 sec.
Burpees - 3 min.
Break - 30 sec.
Push Ups - 3 min.
Break - 30 sec.
Sit ups - 3 min.
Break - 30 sec.
Leg pulse - 1 min. (Squat down with your knees turned out, slightly bounce up and down.)
Break - 30 sec.
Leg pulse - 1 min.
Break - 30 sec.
Leg pulse - 1 min.
     Now, the hour workout. I am very proud of everyone that tries these workouts out. This workout is time consuming, but will show weight loss and muscle gain the fastest.
60 minute workout:
Stretch & Warm up - 5 min.
Jumping Jacks - 1 min.
Squats - 1 min.
Overhead Press W/ Light Weight- 1 min.
Lunges - 2 min.
Break - 45 sec.
Side Kicks Alternate Between Legs - 2 min.
Quick Feet - 1 min.
Mountain Climbers - 1 min.
Jumping Jacks - 1 min.
Plank - 1 min.
Break - 45 sec.
Right Side Plank - 1 min.
Left Side Plank - 1 min.
Jump Squats - 1 min.
Break - 45 sec.
Burpees - 1 min.
Leg pulse (Squat down with your knees turned out, slightly bounce up and down.) - 1 min.
Break - 20 sec.
Triceps kicks - 1 min.
Squats - 1 min.
Front Raises w/ weights - 1 min.
Side Raises w/ weights - 1 min.
Break - 1 min.
Overhead Triceps Press - 1 min.
Ankle Band Side Stepping - 1 min.
Monster Walks - 1 min.
Butt Kicks - 1 min.
Star Jumps - 1 min.
Break - 45 sec.
Almost done, you can do it!
Right Side Plank - 1 min.
Left Side Plank - 1 min.
Break - 45 sec.
Straight Plank - 1 min.
Sit Ups - 1 min.
Break - 45 sec.
Lateral Raises - 1 min.
High Knees - 1 min.
V-Splits - 1 min.
Waist twists - 1 min.
Tuck Jumps - 1 min.
Toe touches - 1 min.
Break - 2 min.

Yoga - 1 min.

Eggs
Tuna

Fruit Smoothies
     Those are just a few of many healthy foods that you can incorporate into your meals. Tell me if you would like more specific meals and healthy foods, I just thought I would list a few. Enjoy!
     Have you heard about this? It is called the beach body challenge. This is a great schedule to get into. Let me know if you get your beach body! Remember, this isn't instant. But it is a great schedule to begin. Be sure to eat healthy during this challenge as well.
