Dear Climate Change Fighters: Getting Over A Breakup and the 7 Stages (Blog 6)

     Dear Climate Change Fighters,
Breakups are hard. I understand. I am so glad you requested this blog. Many people are probably dealing with difficult things like this. Also, thanks so much for creating a blog called Climate Change Fighters.
Write About It
Talk About It with someone you Trust
Take Care of Your Body
Set Healthy Goals
Laugh!
Show Kindness to others (Especially if they are dealing with pain similar to yours!)
Try Something New
Cry!
...And Keep on Moving Toward the End Goal...
You will soon reach the end, and become stronger. Don't feel down on yourself, you are an amazing person. Everyone goes through hardships like this. I figured I should tell you about the 7 stages that happen (usually) after someone experiences a hard breakup. You can do it. Pain happens. I will be here to help you, and so will the people that love you.
1. Denial *I know it may be hard to believe, but you have to convince yourself it has happened. You may think you have passed this stage, but it is difficult to really accept it. Keep going, you will know when you have really passed this stage. Don't be afraid to ask for help!*
2. Anger *You are perfect, and this is completely normal to feel. Don't get down on yourself. Do the things you love and take your mind off of the breakup. Don't ignore it though, sometimes you have to face your anger.*
3. Sadness *Usually one of the hardest stages of the breakup. Remember though, you just weren't meant for them. You are amazing. You will come out of this stronger than before, I know it.
4. Jealousy *Most people struggle with stage 3. Personally, I struggle with this stage most. I don't really know what to say. Find someone or something that makes you happy. And stay off of their social media! (Really though, it will make this stage a lot more difficult.) :) *
5. You just don't care. *Force yourself to care about important things, at this stage I would really recommend setting great goals for yourself. Help others, exercise, eat healthy, be happy!*
6. Acceptance *Finally, you have reached this stage. You have accepted what has happened and are beginning to move on. I am so proud of you.*
7. Hope *Find someone new that makes you happy.*
It might take some time, but you will reach the end. Good luck everyone. Remember, bless the broken road. You are being led to your perfect person, despite all the hardship!
"Be the Change You Wish to See in the World."
     Sincerely, me.

This has been a big debate, but I want to hear YOUR opinion about social media and the effect it has on people.
